If in the event of ordering, you do not receive your parcel, please contact me and I will create a claim with my shipping company.
To be able to submit a claim, you have to wait a minimum of 5 weeks if you're an international customer, or 2 weeks if you're a domestic customer (UK).
After you have contacted me, I will then contact my shipping company, Royal Mail. I will create a claim submitting all evidence available to support your claim. Royal Mail give a time frame of 30 days for domestic customers, and 90 days for international customers, to wait for a reply as they investigate. If the claim comes back successful, you will be refunded your order total.
If for whatever reason the claim is unsuccessful, and Royal Mail are sure the order was delivered, you will not receive a refund.
